This is to be purchased when your character either is born or have gotten a disability. Some disabilities will go under the Minor Disability section, so be sure to ask a Staff member what your characters disability will count as!

First of all, there's gotta be a very good explanation for this one. You can't just go around changing packs without a reason. Think "realistic". Now second, to change pack you must make a NEW application for your character. If accepted, you will then be a part of a new pack!
